I love tortilla soup. Really, if I could shot some up my veins, I'd do it. Every time I go to Soupe&CIE (that awesome restaurant in Québec City), I order a huge one and it's gone in seconds. I never thought of making some at home until Elizabeth from Delightfully Tacky shared her own tortilla soup recipe on her blog. Yum! Now I might live on soup and avocados for a few weeks...
