Hello, hello! I recently made the decision to avoid blogging when I'm feeling mad/tired/negative/passive-aggressive/whiny. I want my blog to be a positive place with cool outfits and fun content (design! photography! art! food!), therefore I vow to avoid ranting all the time about my busy/completely insane college schedule and terrible adventures on the town bus. I don't think you guys want to read a blog with posts such as ''Oh, hey, I'm tired. Here's what I wore. Oh, and I tore up my tights. Bleh. Bye''. I wouldn't either! That's why I've been pretty discreet over the last weeks. I started to feel like my blog was slowly morphing itself into a soap opera (too many projects = nervousness = ranting), so I simply took a break. From now on, when I'll be tempted to write about negative stuff, I'll take a breath, keep the FML part to myself and go straight to the point: the clothes I wore, the projects I worked on and the good stuff that happened to me.
So that was it for my Manifesto of Positiveness! Here is an outfit from two weeks ago. I'm looking for ways to maximize my wardrobe's potential, so I tucked a shirtdress into a leather skirt. Tadam! A new blouse! The best part of this combo is that I can mix and match various colours of tights and cardigans. Black and white clothes are a great canvas to try an infinite number of colour pairings around them. I could wear this outfit with a yellow cardigan and red tights, or vice versa. Note to self: try to calculate the number of different possibilities... Haha! I should work on a ''Get the most of your wardrobe with tights and cardigans'' post. Really! :)
