Yesterday, Gab and I went ice skating at
Place d'Youville. It was so fun! We usually skate and play hockey on the
Lac-Beauport rink, so it was a nice change of scenery. Skating in the heart of Quebec City felt special! Instead of being surrounded by famous hockey player
castles houses, there were historic buildings and giant holiday wreaths all around us. I should go there more often, it makes me loooove winter :) I didn't take many pictures since I was a bit scared of falling and dropping my camera on the ice (eek!), but here are a few snapshots...

Aaaand since I don't have any pictures of my skating outfit, I recreated a fancy version of the whole look :) Now if only I could stare at the screen long enough for this Marc Jacobs cardigan to materialize itself in my wardrobe... Ha!

Hello! This looks like oodles of fun! I'm actually going ice skating this week with a friend. It's odd, my town put in a temporary rink during summer, don't know how the ice doesn't melt! ANyway, I haven't done it that much, as it's a rarity in Australia, so I'll be pretty terrible. Anyways, after a scroll of your blog I must say I love your style :D
